Step 1

Choose your own location up to 2 hours away from Vinton, Virginia, or work with me to choose a location that fits your photoshoot. If you'd like to ride, my fast shutter speed and specifically equine tracking camera will give you crisp, clear action photos.

I can come out to barns or meet you at a park of your choosing. The client is responsible for horse prep, trailering, and handling.

Book me as your personal photographer for a lesson or show day at an hourly rate.

Choose Your Outfits

Collaborate with me to choose the best outfit, make-up, color combinations, accessories, props and modeling positions for your photoshoot. 

​

  • Colored saddlepad rental (english and western)

  • Show halter rental (Arabian, standard western)

  • Mane and tail braiding

The Photoshoot

Receive modeling instructions tips to make your photoshoot exactly how you want it.

You will be shown your photos throughout the photoshoot if possible for instant feedback.

​​

Choose Your Photos

All photos that turned out well will be watermarked and sent to you in a gallery for you to choose from at most 2 weeks after the photoshoot. This ranges from 50-200 photos.

​

You can select up to 10 photos included in the photoshoot package, additional photos can be bought for a discounted price.

​

Once you've chosen your photos, you will receive your edits within 2 months (subject to change depending on how many photos you've ordered).

Why Shivering Siren Studios

The photographer at Shivering Siren Studios, Sophia, has been handling, riding, training, and showing horses since 2007 when she was just a little girl. She's shown and trained in a variety of disciplines, her horsemanship skills underscored by the many earned positions, show awards, and praises from remarkable trainers in their fields.

Sophia knows exactly how to handle a flighty horse, prick the ears of a deadhead, capture the perfect hunter's stride, and more. Her calm and caring dementor and skill will put both you and your horse at ease, allowing you to enjoy your photoshoot and have fantastic photos to prove it.
